Annual qualification is a full validation of your autoclave’s sterilisation cycle, carried out once per year. Performance re-qualification is a targeted test carried out after a specific change event — such as a repair or relocation — to confirm the unit is still performing within its validated parameters. Both result in a compliance certificate.

Yes. On completion of each qualification or performance re-qualification, U-Tech issues a formal compliance certificate and service report. These documents are suitable for submission to accreditation bodies and should be retained as part of your practice’s infection control records.
