Autoclave validation, sterilisation compliance and servicing, so your autoclave stays compliant, your team stays efficient, and your chair time is never disrupted.
For dental practices, sterilisation compliance is non-negotiable. Your autoclave must be validated annually, your reprocessing workflow must meet AS5369:2023, and your documentation must be audit-ready at any time. That’s not a minor administrative task — it’s a requirement that directly affects your ability to practice.
U-Tech Medical takes that off your plate. We schedule your autoclave qualifications, attend on time, carry out a thorough test, and provide you with the compliance certificate you need, all with minimal disruption to your day.
We service practices across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and work with single-chair practices and multi-site dental groups alike.

Autoclave Failing? We can help.
Under AS5369:2023, dental autoclaves must undergo annual qualification testing as a minimum. Additional performance re-qualification is required after any repair, relocation, software update or significant parameter change. U-Tech can set up a scheduled service reminder so you’re never left chasing compliance.
Annual qualification is a full validation of your autoclave’s sterilisation cycle, carried out once per year. Performance re-qualification is a targeted test carried out after a specific change event — such as a repair or relocation — to confirm the unit is still performing within its validated parameters. Both result in a compliance certificate.
Yes. On completion of each qualification or performance re-qualification, U-Tech issues a formal compliance certificate and service report. These documents are suitable for submission to accreditation bodies and should be retained as part of your practice’s infection control records.
U-Tech technicians are trained on autoclaves from all major dental brands. If your unit requires a manufacturer-specific service or proprietary part, we will advise you accordingly and assist with the procurement process.
If your autoclave fails, we will provide a clear written report identifying the cause of failure and our recommended course of action. We can arrange prompt repair, assist with loan unit provision, and — if the unit is beyond economic repair — advise on replacement options.
