Most vaporiser manufacturers recommend a full overhaul every 24 months, depending on usage levels. On-site leakage testing can be carried out more frequently as a safety check between overhauls. U-Tech can advise on the right schedule for your specific unit and usage.
A full overhaul involves disassembling the vaporiser, inspecting and cleaning all internal components, replacing seals and any worn parts, reassembling to manufacturer specification, and recalibrating the unit to confirm accurate agent delivery. A calibration certificate is issued on completion.

U-Tech services vaporisers from all major manufacturers used in Australian veterinary practice. Some older or less common models may require additional lead time for parts — we will advise you at the time of booking.
Yes. Many of our vet practice clients use us for both autoclave qualification and vaporiser servicing — we can also provide an exchange vaporiser on the same visit to minimise disruption to your practice.
