Annual calibration is standard for most biomedical test equipment, and is a requirement under AS3551 for instruments used in compliance testing programs. U-Tech can advise on the appropriate interval for your specific instruments based on usage and manufacturer recommendations.
Yes. A calibration certificate is issued on completion of each calibration, recording the instrument’s performance against traceable reference standards. This certificate is the evidence required to demonstrate traceability of your test instruments under AS3551 and your ISO 9001 quality management obligations.
Yes. If calibration reveals an out-of-specification result, we diagnose the cause, advise on the cost of repair, and carry out the repair before re-calibrating and issuing a new certificate.
