All exchange vaporisers are fully refurbished in our environmentally controlled Australian service centres in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Each unit is completely disassembled, cleaned, rebuilt with worn components replaced, leak-tested and fully calibrated before deployment — so you receive a unit you can trust from day one.

U-Tech’s vaporiser overhaul program is aligned with the recommended 2-year service cycle. High-use practices may benefit from more frequent servicing. On-site leakage testing can be carried out between overhauls as an additional safety check. We’ll advise on the right schedule for your specific unit and usage.
A fully refurbished and tested replacement vaporiser is dispatched to you before your existing unit is collected — so you’re never without anaesthesia capability. We can arrange delivery by courier or by a U-Tech field technician attending your practice. Once your unit has been overhauled and calibrated, you can choose to return it and send back the exchange, or retain the exchange unit on a longer-term basis.
A full overhaul involves complete disassembly of the vaporiser, inspection and cleaning of all internal components, replacement of seals and any worn parts, reassembly to manufacturer specification, and recalibration to confirm accurate agent delivery. All work is carried out in our environmentally controlled Australian service centres.
