Veterinary Vaporiser Overhaul, Calibration & Exchange

Full vaporiser overhaul, calibration, on-site leak testing, and exchange program for animal practices, specialist surgical centres, and veterinary hospitals — keeping your anaesthesia capability online during servicing

Your Vaporiser. Serviced. Calibrated. Back in Use.

The anaesthetic vaporiser is at the centre of every surgical procedure in your practice. Regular servicing prevents vapour leaks and output drift — protecting your staff, your patients, and your clinical outcomes. U-Tech Medical provides specialist vaporiser overhaul, calibration and exchange services for veterinary practices across Australia, aligned with manufacturer and industry service standards.

All exchange vaporisers are fully refurbished in our environmentally controlled Australian service centres in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Each unit is completely disassembled, cleaned, rebuilt with worn components replaced, leak-tested and fully calibrated before deployment — so you receive a unit you can trust from day one.

What's Included in Your Service:

Full Vaporiser Overhaul (2-Year Program)

Complete disassembly, inspection, cleaning, seal and component replacement, and reassembly to manufacturer specification — aligned with the recommended 2-year overhaul cycle. All makes and models serviced.

Vaporiser Calibration

Accurate calibration of agent delivery across the full dial range. Calibration certificate issued on completion, with full test data recorded for your service records.

Exchange Program — Zero Downtime

Send your vaporiser for overhaul and receive a fully refurbished, tested replacement unit before your existing vaporiser is collected. Delivery by courier or on-site exchange by a U-Tech field technician — zero downtime for your anaesthesia capability.

Own Vaporiser Return Service

Prefer to keep your existing unit? We’ll refurbish and return your own vaporiser, and can provide a short-term replacement to keep your practice running without interruption while it’s with us.

On-site Leakage Testing

On-site gas leakage test to confirm your vaporiser system is gas-tight and safe to use. Can be completed without removing the unit from your anaesthesia machine — recommended as a regular safety check between overhauls.

How it Works:

Step 1: Book & Send (or Schedule Visit)

Contact U-Tech to arrange the exchange program or a service visit. We’ll confirm your vaporiser model and dispatch an exchange unit if required.

Step 2: Overhaul & Calibration

Your vaporiser is fully overhauled and calibrated in our workshop. All components are checked against manufacturer tolerances.

Step 3: Certificate & Return

A calibration certificate and overhaul report are issued. Your vaporiser is returned or you retain the exchange unit — whichever suits your workflow.
